What is Effortless Meditation

Unlike many forms of meditation that ask you to focus, concentrate, or clear your mind,

Effortless Meditation teaches you to let go.

 

It’s a technique that allows the mind and body to settle naturally.

No pressure.

No performance.

No needing to feel calm or do it “right.”

 

You’re invited to sit just as you are—

with your thoughts, emotions, fidgeting, distractions,

and all.

 

And the irony?

This gentler approach often takes us deeper, faster.

Into presence. Into truth. Into healing.

Build your own lasting practice. Effortlessly.

Meditation is gently becoming common practice in our society, yet many myths still surround it keeping it at bay from us. In our sessions, we simplify one of the purest forms of meditation, making it enjoyable, accessible and deeply beneficial for everyone. We’ll explore the science behind it, highlight its short and long-term impacts, and support you with visuals, experiential tools and emotional regulation techniques that will serve you long after you sit. From your very first meditation to establishing a consistent routine, together we'll here to ensure you overcome any hurdles and fully embrace the benefits waiting for you.

Session 1

Unpack how meditation can inform your life and goals whilst exploring the countless benefits it offers from a science based perspective. In this initial session, you'll be guided through your first effortless meditation, before choosing your mantra, and learning how to effectively establish your practice.

Session 2

It's now time to ensure that meditation becomes a lasting practice. Many of us get caught up in the idea of being a 'good meditator', which can hinder our progress. In this session, we get a felt sense of what it means to accept the presence of thoughts, and embrace the concept of effortlessness. This becomes a gateway to explore various feelings, sensations, and repressed experiences across our lives. As such, we will explore further psychoeducation on how to engage with meditation as a means for processing, regulating emotions, and fostering self-connection. 

Session 3

By now, you are up and running. And for all its' ease, a consistent meditation practice can bring up a host of experiences as you tap into somatic healing and deep unconscious processing. In this session, we do some detective work to make sure you can enjoy this yummy practice going forward. Includes, further psychoeducation on meditative practices and how to break stress cycles.

Please note, participants are expected to meditate for 20 minutes,
1 to 2 times a day during the 3-week course and to attend all three classes.
