Hi, I’m Emilie—an actor, psychotherapist, and meditation teacher, dedicated to helping people navigate the highs and lows of both creative work and everyday life. ​ With over a decade of experience in film and theater, I understand the emotional intensity that comes with performing. But beyond that, I know that self-doubt, burnout, and the struggle to find clarity aren’t exclusive to artists. No matter what path you're on, your mind is your most valuable tool, and it deserves care. ​
That’s why I founded Space to Create—a space where both creatives and non-creatives can develop emotional resilience, confidence, and clarity. Whether you're an artist looking to deepen your craft or someone simply seeking more creativity, and balance in your life, my approach is designed to support you. ​
As a registered psychotherapist, I work with actors, performers, entrepreneurs, and anyone looking to overcome inner obstacles. My approach is grounded in neuroscientific evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Somatic practices. At the core of my work is the belief that growth happens in a mind that feels safe, grounded, and free. I offer 1:1 counselling, and meditation teaching to help you move through fear and self-doubt—so you can show up fully in your work and life. ​
